Urgent Covid-19 Lockdown Office Closure Extension

Dear Valued Member,

In line with the Presidential address on 09 April 2020, we will strictly be adhering to
the enforcement of the lockdown extension. Government has ordered South Africans
to stay at home, except for essential purposes and has ordered all non-essential
services to suspend operations from Friday, 27 March 2020. We would like to
hereby inform all our holiday lovers that the Gomelo office will operate on a
skeleton staff basis from 15H00 on Thursday, 26 March 2020 and will
re-open on Monday, 4 May 2020.

The lockdown is necessary to prevent the further spread of the coronavirus and
to disrupt its chain of transmission and we are therefore in the unfortunate
position where we are forced to close our offices at this time.

Please note that from Friday, 27 March 2020, our staff will be able to offer limited
service levels from home and our call centre and correspondence department will be
partially open to assist you over the lockdown period. Our estimated set-up completion
date for the partial operations will be Tuesday, 31 March 2020.
We request that you do take into consideration additional factors outside of our control, that may impact on set up and ongoing remote operation during the National Lockdown period; such as Eskom Load Shedding, movement and travel restrictions, etc. We humbly ask for your patience in regards to our service levels as we navigate this challenging time together. We urge
all members to please communicate with us via e-mail,
info@gomelo.co.zaWe will endeavour to deal with every inbound request and query as fast as we can.

The continuation of the online booking service is operational and we would
like to encourage you to utilise the online platform at www.gomelo.co.za
 .
You can continue to seek holiday dates and availability for after the
lockdown period. Should this change, we will be in contact with you.

We would like to thank you for your understanding and continued support.
We urge you to make the most of your staycation and we are
eager
to send you on a fantastic vacation after lockdown.

"Let us never despair.
For we are a nation at one, and we will surely prevail.
May God protect our people.
